I accept instant cancellations and refund if your order hasn't been shipped or if it is a custom order that I haven't already begun.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for
- Custom or personalized orders that have already made.
You may return our jewelry within 7 days of delivery for a full refund & must be in the original state.Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the customer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will begin the process for your refund as soon as I receive the package and everything is as it should.
